RFQ EVALUATION

Before connecting anything,
measure the boundary.

V1 is useful only when the necessary events are observable enough. We start by understanding where RFQs arrive, where quotes go out and which parts of the flow would remain invisible.

WHAT WE NEED TO KNOW

Four answers
before an integration.

This step requests no access to your systems. It only determines whether the workflow is a good candidate for a bounded proof.

01

RFQ intake

Shared mailbox, individual email, procurement portal, EDI, phone or a combination of channels.

02

Quote output

Direct email, ERP-generated email, portal, EDI or another mechanism. This determines potential coverage.

03

Volume

A monthly order of magnitude is enough. We only need to know whether the flow recurs often enough to produce a useful readout.

04

Management question

What you cannot see today: real response time, unresolved requests, backlog, coverage or another specific question.

YOUR FLOW

Describe what
actually happens.

You do not need a perfect process map. An honest description of the current workflow is more useful.
