INTAKE & OPERATIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Keep your systems.
Add visibility.

Palvexa is not trying to become your team’s next daily tool. We start with one bounded operational flow, observe approved sources and add a management readout over the systems already in place.

HOW IT WORKS ↓
01 / SEQUENCE

Small boundary.
Strong evidence.

Value comes from observation quality, not connector count. The first deployment stays deliberately narrow so every metric and finding can be defended.

01

Select the workflow

One concrete management question, an economically meaningful process and a boundary that can be described in one sentence.

02

Approve the sources

The minimum necessary. For the current RFQ V1: approved Microsoft 365 mailboxes and relevant attachments where the workflow supports it.

03

Reconstruct facts

Messages, documents, events and cases retain provenance. Ambiguous correlations stay unresolved instead of being forced.

04

Measure and explain

Timing, open cases, trends and anomalies are shown with their observation window, coverage and limitations.

02 / PRINCIPLES

Trust before
sophistication.

An operational readout has to remain understandable when the data is imperfect. These rules matter more than a spectacular dashboard.

01

Least privilege

Access is limited to the approved workflow and sources; no broad surveillance of individual employee mailboxes.

02

Unknown ≠ zero

Unobservable information remains unknown. Palvexa does not turn missing data into a fact.

03

Traceable evidence

A management finding should be traceable to the events and sources that support it.

04

Passive by default

V1 reports and explains. It does not assign work, send nudges or replace the system of record.

03 / EXPANSION

One more source
should close a real unknown.

If V1 shows that a material part of the process disappears into an ERP, portal or another system, that missing coverage becomes a measured reason to add a second source. Not the other way around.

01

Second source

Added only when missing coverage materially limits the management question being answered.

02

Second workflow

Once the model is proven on one flow, the same core can be applied to another bounded process without pretending every use case is already supported.

03

Controlled action

Alerts or automation come later, only when observation quality and false-positive risk justify side effects.

04 / CURRENT VALIDATION

A narrow wedge.
A broader platform.

The current Founding Partner wedge is seller-side RFQ for parts distributors and suppliers. Keeping the sample constant tests repeatability. It does not define Palvexa as a “quoting company” forever.

01

Now

Measure the gap between incoming RFQs and observable issued quotes inside one bounded workflow.

02

Next

Add sources or workflows when measured unknowns and a real client requirement justify them.

03

Later

Cross-system correlation, broader management intelligence and controlled automation after observation quality is proven.

04

Never by default

Replace the ERP or CRM, or impose new daily administration simply to use Palvexa.

START WITH THE RIGHT BOUNDARY

One precise workflow
beats a broad promise.

If you manage recurring RFQ volume, we can first determine whether the necessary requests and issued quotes are actually observable.
