PALVEXA TECHNOLOGIES · QUÉBEC

We start from the real flow.
Not from the technology.

An integration is useful only if it answers a real management question. A model is useful only if it separates facts from hypotheses. A dashboard is useful only if the coverage behind the numbers is clear. Palvexa starts there.

OUR PRINCIPLES ↓
01 / WHAT WE BUILD

A visibility layer
over what already exists.

Palvexa observes one bounded workflow inside approved sources, reconstructs events and cases with provenance, measures what is observable and produces a management readout without imposing a new daily tool.

Product before platform

The first wedge is seller-side RFQ Intelligence for parts distributors and suppliers. It proves a reusable method: observed request, observed output, matching, coverage, unknowns and management visibility. A new source is added only when a measured gap justifies it.

02 / ACCESS, DATA & TRUST

See enough.
Not everything.

Product credibility depends as much on what it refuses to do as on what it measures. Access should remain proportional to the chosen workflow and revocable.

01

Limited access

We prefer a minimal set of explicitly approved sources. No broad surveillance of individual mailboxes or the organization.

02

Minimal data

Collection is bounded to the evidence required to answer the workflow questions. Technical capability alone is not a reason to collect more.

03

Explicit unknowns

When a source is not connected or a correlation is ambiguous, the system says so. Missing evidence is not converted into certainty.

04

Traceability

Findings retain provenance so numbers, trends and hypotheses can be understood and challenged.

A real company,
reachable directly.

START WITH ONE WORKFLOW

One precise problem is enough.
You do not need to connect everything.

If your team handles recurring RFQs, we can first determine whether the flow is a good candidate for a bounded proof.
